Typography as graphic synthesis

This is my topic for the presentantion.

I will start with an introducction, coneccting the desing concept of a proyect and the use in the forms of typography.

Then I Will start to explain the general signification of the typography tools in a design project.

The rest of the presentation mention 2 Items related with the tools:

I.- High, Thickness and Endings
II.- Serif and Sans Serif.

I will give examples of the 2 topics with pictures. And I finish the presentation with an a conclusion as an a invitation to use graphic resources.

Text of the presentation:

The typography as graphic synthesis is a skill the designers and typographers develop to reflect the concept of a project over the creation or use of typography.

There are many factors which help to get a good use of the typography, this elements particular or general of desing are tools. Tools the if you learn to use at the right time help to the lector to understand and associate in the best way possible what is express in a work.

The tools are diverse, varied and sometimes depend of the material to the use or creation of the typography. An example is a handwrite typo, they can change the forms, details created by the direction of the material, like ink, marker or paint can.

In this occasion will be discussed 2 items of typography tools.


I.- High, Thickness

This flourish in one of the extremes, work to exaggerate skills of the proyect and in the other hand work to normalice or relax the display. Give an a connotation exaggerated or  relaxed according to the concept the we talk.
 For example: The high of an a tipography can make it look elegant, if we mix it with a shaft thin, and can make it look imposing if the shaft are depth.




II.- Serif and Sans Serif.

The tipography with Serif, is associate with something trustworthy that's because their forms are crated in a balanced composition, using circles or geometric forms to make the Serif typo. The eye can recognice this and is confortable to long text or closer readings.

The tipography with Sans Serif is nautral, gives certainty, is modern, is new. Are appropriate for a commercial use, this have more vision in short and big texts, legibles at distance.


So this is an invitation to pay attention to the little forms the compound our lifes. An invitation to recognice the we don't choose things in a random way, we have graphic concept deep in our heads.
